Your legacy data and documents are made accessible via SAP GUI so that they are available to all users with a familiar look and feel. This allows you to search, display, export, and analyze legacy data effectively, conveniently, and at any time, for example when requested for a tax audit.
Define your own retention rules depending on your KPIs, including company code, business object, and document type. Using a regular retention scan, outdated data is identified and subsequently deleted from your system once the retention periods have expired. This ensures compliance with current data privacy legislations and keeps your data hosting costs within your budget.

Data display and evaluation features are covered by data browsers and display transactions. These enable SAP GUI-based data retrieval and analyses and are provided as a pure software add-on to be installed in a control system of your choice.
